To assist vulnerable individuals achieve their full potential and enhance the capacity of social serving agencies.
Street Reach: Street Reach is a grassroots outreach service, guided by the principle of harm reduction and has two main components: Outreach and Individual Support. Some unique aspects of Street Reach include the support across all age levels, our evening drop-in, and the outreach walks. During drop-in times individuals can either drop into 807 Water Street or connect with Street Reach volunteers walking in the downtown core to get assistance with meals, personal care items, outdoor clothing/footwear, condoms, referrals to external services and we are a satellite site for SWAP and provide safe drug use equipment, information and support. We are an official site providing Naloxone kits and training to individuals at risk of overdose.
Blue Door Program: The Blue Door is designed to support individuals, primarily between the ages of 14-29, to exit sex trade activities, and/or sexually exploitive situations including sex trafficking. The program is inclusive of gender & sexual orientation. Specifically, it focuses on social isolation, complex trauma & mental health, substance use, low literacy/education, employment opportunities, and assistance with accessing safe, affordable housing.  In addition, each Blue Door participant can expect to receive individualized intensive support and will have the opportunity to avail of case management services, exiting skills development, transition planning, and individual therapeutic counselling.
