Lifewise is a provincial organization, run for and by people with mental health and addiction issues, that exists to build and strengthen a self-help network among individuals who live with mental health issues. Due to the geographical challenges of our province along with increasing demand in isolated regions we have launched the Warm Line, available in French and English, from 10 am to 12 am daily. Trained staff offers support and information to the public 14 hours a day, seven days a week.  Peer support groups, family support groups, wellness workshops and individual peer support also offered.
